Tin the wires first, touch the soldering iron tip to the piezo to heat it up briefly then add a dab of solder to both locations. Now hold the tinned wire to the dab of solder on the piezo and then heat the solder with the soldering iron to solder the wire to the piezo.
Great!... for those watching, notice how LITTLE time he leaves the hot soldering iron on the solder and/or wire while making the connections. That is KEY to not damaging piezo's. Nice video!
