@EternalDarkness11001 maybe gymnastics have a genetic predisposition which gives them the elasticity, and it includes the noses.

Was your friend a beginner? I think my instructor wasn't very qualified to coach,she said she went to 4 world championships but no olympics. She didn't teach me well how to roll the ball and we didn't have the chance to work with the clubs nor the ribbon. After some months she decided to coach swimming,I think she was a Physc.Educat.teacher not a rhythmic coach.
She later quit her job,how could she motivate us like that?

@quelita28 Don't know why she said you were too tall; my friend is 5'6" and apparently 'not tall enough'.
And rolling the ball is easy! I think it took me all of six seconds to figure it out...
