Elements Technique
Learning the basic elements of: sacadas, barridas, ganchos, boleos in line and circular, trabadas, traspie, planeos, jumps, enrosques, colgadas, volcadas, apilado and more.

Subjects: Tension and Release, efficiency,biomechanical aspects of movement. 


Directional Systems

This understanding and practice will active the dormant resources you have at your disposal.

Grades of Rotation

Maximum grades of rotation with one step is the key to creative dancing.


100% Improvisation

Being able to lead and follow anything at any point in time is just the beginning.


Elements in Time
You will be able to perform an element at any time while you are dancing. Having more resources than you need will set up the freedom of being in control.


Multilevel Sequencing

We will teach you how to practice at least 8, 10 or more different sequences simultaneously.


Cycle Sequencing

Experience the filling of creating your own sequences. Move smoothly while you dance complex vocabulary.
