If he hit the brake he would have milliseconds to maneuver to the side of the airplanes front landing gear, after that he would have to center himself with the fuselage or else the rear landing gears would run him over. If I were him I woulda sped up and moved to the farsides. xD

Actually it's believeable that the guy hit the gas. I mean have you ever driven the 405? Half the drivers would cut you off then slow down right the #@% down as soon as they get in front of ya. The dude probably thought a DC-10 was no worse than cutting off a Ford Excursion.
