you will need
a big bowl to mix everything
a foil tray which is better than the baking tray

im going to use 12 egg for the 12 egg, im going to use 4 condensed milk and 2 evaporated milk.. (i call it 2 is to 1)
so if you wanna use 6 egg, use 1 evaporated milk and 2 condensed milk

vanilla extract which is optional

separate the eggyolk, and pour the evaporated milk and condensed milk,. mix it.. then pour 2 tbs.vanilla extract.. set it aside..

then, we are going to make a caramel sugar. for this one,i used 2 cups of sugar... put it in a pot,. dont put water.. cook it until it dissolve by itself.. when it turns into syrup,. put
it in the foil tray and then add the mixture we did earlier..

bake it for 35 minutes on a 350degree
you can use the double broiler,. but i dont have that.. and most of us dont right? so use oven hehe

there you go.. thats the flann.

FYI.why i am using my hand to separate the eggyolk?heres why..

Your hands are sturdy enough that you can use them as a sieve, and soft enough that you wont fear breaking the yolks
