Robert E. Lee: Civil War General is a turn based strategy computer game by Impressions Games. It was published in 1996 by Sierra Entertainment and was the followed in 1997 by Civil War Generals II.

Gamespot Says: "Robert E. Lee: Civil War General is one of the better Civil War strategy games released this year. While it shares an uncanny resemblance to Talonsoft's Battleground: Gettysburg, it does offer a number of impressive features. The game allows you to re-create several critical battles from Lee's career as the leader of the Army of Northern Virginia. A campaign mode strings the battles together while adding resource management to the list of challenges."

I miss this game so much and havin a bigasscracked problem tryin to understand Dosbox since the original cd wont work on computers since windows xp

could u upload the sperate songs from the game too?

can't find any 'instrumental only versions' on utube, and this game gives civil war music best quality what i can think of

also my english is bad and u will have to deal with it :(

I love the Civil War Generals 2 more then Robert E. Lee. Although the first battle of Fredericksburg is a best as the Union.

I have this installed on Win 7 64 bit. I think you need to download a special ".dll" file to install the game.
