I totally agree with the importance of keeping blood sugar levels stable. However, there is a far more simple way of doing this. Don't eat large amounts of sugars or starches in the first place.
This is where the
LOW CARBOHYDRATE DIET comes in. If you don't eat excess carbohydrates, you won't get unstable blood sugar levels. Isn't that simple enough ?

I recently learned all this online because I had an extra fourty pounds of worthless fat I finally took acknowledgement of. I take melatonin from time to time, I'm on Krill oil, and now taking "Radical Fruits" for anti-oxidants. I make sure to get enough sleep because deprevation will raise insulin resistence. I've lost about twenty-seven of those unwated pounds.
You've got some great videos here. People are starting to wake up. Just wish I had known these things ten years ago.

Lowering sugar intake is very important, yes, but I suspect that food intolerances (to grains mainly) and inadequate intakes of omega-3 fatty acids (fish) are equally important for good health.
