  • Google for the Steve Maxwell pistol progression to discover a unique approach that works from the bottom of the range up. The bottom is where your body freaks out.

    You Are Your Own Gym is good, but Steve has forgotten more than most personal trainers know...

  • I love this book! No one can use the "Oh these exercises are just to hard to do!" Mark has made it very simple to show the most unfit person can start and work their way up to very fit! This book is for EVERYONE! Men, women, unfit to the most fit! Thank you Mark for showing us we don't have to live in a gym to be fit! Moms out there, this book is for you!!!
