    A friend told me about this video because we were talking about making Chicken Marsala. He said he followed the steps and that even though this recipe has a "twist" to the original recipe, it was phenomenal. I decided to try it out and wow! delicious! and the best part? so easy to make! I am recommending this to my friends for sure. I ...I wonder if they have a good turkey recipe for this coming thanksgiving...

    Pound chicken breast to about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dredge chicken in seasoned all-purpose flour. In a pan on Med/high heat Saute' 2 cloves or garlic in 1 TBSP of olive oil, cook chicken 3 or 4 minutes each side. Set chicken aside. Add TBSP of clarified butter and cup of mushrooms add some more garlic powder. Cook 2 minutes then add1/3 cup of Marsala wine - add a bit of cream - turn down heat and simmer a few minutes. Serve with mashed taters!!

    why would u clean the pan? all that flavor from searing the chicken would be lost
