I added a digital w/b AFR gauge, and a peak/hold EGT gauge from Prosport today, to complete the other three; oil temp, oil pressure and boost pressure I already had.
The AFR and EGT gauges aren't hooked up to their sensors yet.
The w/b AFR set looks pretty good; it has properly made wiring, it's gauge and controller are not heavy but certainly not featherweight, it has a Bosch sensor, it's really nice to have after the really cheap looking (but great working!) PLX set.

I also added the signal current that dims the a/c control panel and the clock to the switch, as I always drive with my lights on (wich means I can't read them at sunny days), this is easy; use a multi meter to find the 12v feed wich is only there when you turn on the lights, cut the wire, and it only dims when you switch positive 12v on.

  • might be a bit overkill.... cool though!

  • @4x108Dtec Next time I'd probably look into installing an Apexi safc for pressure and temp readings, plus a combined afr and egr gauge... that'd make a much cleaner setup :)

  • are these accurate ?

  • @abunaiN1 Well, AFAIK; yes... but I do admit though, values on the dials were not double checked; they were (consistently) reading what I expected based on some experience of myself, and of course other people I was sure of they know their stuff well too. Err, I hope that makes sense ;)

  • Thou shalt not tempt me! xD

  • if you are looking at the gauges who is driving lololololol

  • @sertox12345 LOL, it's not as bad as it looks! You'll get used to the extra lights in the corner of your eyes, and the gauges flash red and beep when exceeding a user definable reading. This won't notice a sudden drop in oil pressure though.

    awesome!

  • You should install another row of gauges behind those gauges, then put one of those big Flava flav clocks in the center of your dash as a centerpiece.
