GTA IV TBoGT : Parachute Glitch (Fly Upwards) HD

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO GLITCH!!!!!!!

ok First off i did not discover this glitch someone showed it to me. with that said this video is a of me doing the parachute glitch( if you dont know what that is its when your paragliding you can parachute up instead of down and its done by holding down on the left stick and then tap left trigger and right trigger to lift up)

I know this isn't patched because I've done it. I know they won't patch it because rockstar games has their mind focused on gta 5 so from 1/14/12 rockstar games will not patch any glitches on gta 4 red dead ect.

how do i do it on PS3 cuz i hold down the left anolog stick and press L2 and R2 at sam time (keep pressing) but dosent go up somonehelp me i wana try this glicthonline :)
