I'm so sickened by the horrible allegations against the THS. I was there in August adopting a pet and the place was clean and the animals well cared for.
OSPCA need to get over whatever power bullshit they are pulling.

Yes, he did tell his coworkers that the OSPCA were going to be doing a surprise inspection.
The information was given to Tre by the OPSCA investigator, who has been fired, and Tre took the information and passed it along internally. That is obstruction and is a very, very serious charge. Anyone who commits obstruction is not one of the 'good guys', and Tre has gotten what he deserves (or some of what he deserves, because he deserves much, much worse).

sorry I made a mistake in my last post...he is employed by THS but he is or was or is suspended (who knows) an OSPCA peace officer.

he did not tell his bosses they would be investigated...that charge is against a newmarket investigator...his charges stem from allegations that he continued to act as a peace officer while on suspenion on two seperate occasions and then lied about it in a written statement...remember these are allegations and he is innocent until proven quilty...SuperAnimalluva despite him wearing THS gear all the timeTre is an investigator of the OSPCA not the THS...just thought you should know

I am confused as to what he did wrong?He told his bosses they were going to be investigated... Maybe his intentions were to get them to clean up their act, I am still not sure what was going on at that place... Tre came across as a dick on the lofters but seemed really nice in person, and he seems pretty genuine about wanting to help animals. I think he was stuck in a no-win situation. Trying to protect his friends and colleagues who were doing awful things, Or he is evil and participated?

She had a fighting chance to get out of the bag which is more then she would of had at the shelter. Tre How'd you like it in the cage today? The cuffs looked good on ya budday.
