This song is a remix from many years ago when Ricky Gervais made a call out to all DJs to remix a song using Karl Pilkington's words "I could eat a knob at night". This call was made from his PODCAST. Unfortunately I was about 2 years late but I finally decided I should share it with the world anyway.

I've added a little section of the Podcast before the song so you'll get the context of the song.
