On the Road to a Green Economy: G20 Speaking Tour

On the Road to a Green Economy: G20 Speaking Tour was a joint, Canadian Auto Workers, Canadian Youth Climate Coalition and Polaris Institute speaking tour organized in Southwestern Ontario from June 14th-19th in the lead up to the People's Summit and G20 in Toronto.

Green Economy Thinkers—Tony Clark (Polaris Institute), Sarah Jane Saska (CYCC Green Jobs) and Ken Bondy (CAW) traveled to 4 Southwestern Ontario communities to partake in large scale evening events along the caravan route to Toronto culminating in a large scale Green Economy event in Toronto.

The Green Economy Thinkers met with media, public officials and community organizations during the day and so here is the video, (produced and edited by Chris Bisson) of some of the conversations that we were able to capture. All of the necessary credits are included within the video and we'd like to thank Boards of Canada and Postal Service for their killer tracks and the community members of Windsor, Sarnia, London, Waterloo and Toronto!
