How to smoke weed. Step One: Take an index card. Step Two: Fold it vertically (Hotdog). Step Three: Place two small pinches of oregano into fold. Step Four: Close your eyes, fold it over, crinkle it, do whatever you have to do to turn the index card into a folded up mess. Step Five: Smoke the gently seasoned index card. Ta-dah!
