Justin Dubois - 2010 Young Retailer of the Year

When Justin Dubois first started working at Quigley's Building Supply in Fort Kent, Maine, in 2002 while in college, he admits that at just 19 years old, he was pretty "green."
Though he had little knowledge of building materials and hardware, he grew up working in his dad's auto parts business, so he had a sales-savvy approach along with an eager, positive attitude that let store management know there was something special about this young man.
