my dumb collonial cuz told me Modern scholars tell 15,000 years ago we lived on China, we went all over the pacific and to Aotearoa.
i said NO!!!!! and PUNCHED HIS FACE IN!!!!! Hawaiki, the legendary homeland of the Maori peoples of Aotearoa/New Zealand, from whence we migrated to this land about 1000 years ago. we was made in da sea and went to hawaki then turned into gorrilas and then to maori and then moved to aotearoa
I reakon! Do Hawaiians know the true beauty of their culture? If it wasn't for colonization, but let's not go there. The Hawaiian culture is a beautiful one, on an island that is thought to be the most beautiful in the world, and that needs to keep strong- I just wish some Hawaiians would realise that. We already have enough cultures giving in to Western Civilization.
i dont understand why ae they standing against eachother in this. maori and hawaiian we ae all the same we are polynesian and are the people of the pacific ... this looks bad. and haka isnt to get rid of rage. it tells a story ,. and its meaningful and mana and strength is used while peforming it there is no rage in most haKa.. funny how some people perceive haka...
This doesnt look bad, haka isnt just about trying to scare someone, its about initiating a challenge to someone, or showing support for them.........And haka is a way to show anger.....In the older days if you did a haka before war your telling them that your gonna kill them, and that your prepared to die.....
