I'm not gonna go off and rant. I kinda find that mean. But anyway I prefer full gear, full speed contact fighting. That way you actually have to block/parry and stuff and still feel some of the pain of a "real fight", but yet you don't end up seriously injuring yourself.
Congrads on the grading or whatever anyway :)
