Over the past 4 years I have been putting together cartoon ideas and submitting them to Cartoon Network. Needless to say, I have not showed them what they are looking for. This is my pilot animatic for my 4th turned down series. However, they did not even look at this one because they have a new policy where I need an agent for them to look at my ideas.
