It can get chaotic.
My advice:
*Stay calm & have patience.
*Have someone buy back up tickets online
*Be prepared; have a game plan
*Have money ready. (Must be able to make transaction independently)
*Cheaters never win.

Being there does not guarantee tickets!

wait so its all about the lottery..so if your number or whatever dosn't get picked you dont get tickets? sorry im a bit confused..and is it the same lottery thing for all the box office events? lol sorry for questions

Unfortunately, yes.

You can't buy tickets unless your number is a part of a winning group.

And tickets can sell out pretty fast.

I'm pretty sure this is the general idea for each venue.
