make yourself comfortable on the floor with your soles of your feet together and knees out, tummy in, straight back posture, with your elbows push your knees down to the floor and hold for 20-30 seconds, if you want to progress that stretch place your hands behind your butt and lift it of the floor while pushing your knees wide open. hold for 20-30 secs for flexibility.
