  • I think this is sooooo cool....not so much the actual performance (which was a little rough) but the very fact they did it! It's great that they crossed musical and cultural lines to pay homage to two American legends. What a classy group of guys the Stones must be. Since hearing only the Jennings version, Jaeger's english-accented voice singing this song makes me chuckle every single time I listen to this. :-)

  • They weren't known for country, but they did do a few songs with a country flavor. "Wild Horses" for instance. Yeah. Gotta luvum. It's so cool that Englishmen drew from roots so far away. Isn't it?

  • Well, they weren't known to sing country & western. This is rare for them to sing a country song.
