Caronte Promo Video

Caronte è stato il progetto di Disegno Industriale 3, tenuto dal prof. Tobia Scarpa. Si tratta di una piattaforma mobile che permette l'attraversamento dei canali di Venezia senza bisogno di personale. La piattaforma è, infatti, completamente automatizzata e puo' lavorare anche di notte. Il problema dell'attraversamento dei canali è un problema reale a Venezia, come dimostra questo promo video.

Caronte is a project developed during the industrial Design III lessons with Tobia Scarpa as teacher. It is a fully automated bank: it can work even in the night and doesn't need any personal. The target of this project is to solve a big problem for Venice: the ability to cross a canal without having to loose so much time from bridge to bridge... This promo video explains the problem and solution in a n every-day situation.
