It's called diplomacy, ignoramus. Furthermore, though uncouth, Chavez has had a coup, a bosses strike in the oil industry, false accusations of narco-terrorism, political pressure to destroy S. American integration, a ridiculasly biased media against him etc., etc., his comments can be understood.

hey! I'm from Venezuela en CHAVEZ does NOT speak for the majority of our country... he is a cheater and a dictator and he's an ignorant.

bush did wrong, and Chaves has EVERY right to disagree with many of his decisions, but he has NO right of messing with me us people... or any other country for that matter...
