The only thing that creeps me out about this is, the repeating sounds. It reminds me of a stupid place that i just moved from. There was some weird and scary things that went down. And only us and people in one area heard of what we were experiencing. :|

I think he looks like Chris Evans.

The guy that plays Arthur looks a little like Christopher Nolan (the director of Memento, the Dark Knight, Inception among many other good films)

You're very welcome :)
It's possible you may still find the DVD for sale, but its apparently supposed to be very rare. I think your best bet is finding it online, there may still be some genuine copies for sale despite the fact it will never be re-issued or shown on tv again by all accounts. Hope that helps :)
