Am i seeing things or did you mount the arrow 90 degrees from how you would mount a camera?...I can only get 40 deg. elev. with mine

One thing I noticed or perhaps its small and not very noticible but you don't have an inclinometer on your antenna. Are you just guessing?

Nice job on the mount...you've help inspire me to get my Arrow mounted on my tripod...going to give the setup a maiden voyage tonight via AO-51...I'll let you know how it works!!! Hope to work you some time via the birds...

How do you know if they can split up... im learning...cause i want to get a dual band ht and and arrow antenna (without the duplexer)...

Why two radios? Is it because they're not dual band?

Radio on the right is dual band, but only used for 440 receive/downlink. On the left is single band for 2-meter transmit/uplink. One radio would be nicer, but my dual bander does not split between both bands, other models will. I started with the dual bander (and Arrow duplexer) successfully, but would have to transmit, then manually change channel to receive...clumsy. Two radios lets me worry only about keying the mic AND I can hear myself coming back from the satellite (full duplex).
