@EWT66 Hey EW, Lifting does NOT STUNT your growth...that is a very crazy myth which makes NO SENSE - Look at my Teen Spartacus Workout for more details. If you do not want to use dumbbells then try my Spartacus Bodyweight Workouts instead - Hope this helps - Funk

i was wondering what your opinion on rest days is.
i have been doing your kettlebell workouts, 3 times a day with a day of rest in between.
instead of doing it 3 times a week, what if i did it 4 or 5 times a week and had 2 days rest. what in your opinion would be the benefits and drawbacks? i am not looking for any kind of bulking, strengthening or conditioning. i just want to push myself to the breaking point with each workout.

@joha463 Hey Joha, I think 2-3 days rest is great, especially if you are pushing the intensity high. 4 High Intensity workouts are a lot for the body, especially if you are newer to this training (pushing yourself to the limit) - start off with 4 days a week and listen to your body... when you feel that you can add a 5th day then go for it, but your body needs to rest, recouperate and restore...plus muscles are growing during these times as well - overtraining only leads to injuries and 0 gain
