Stevie was just upset about Belle. Veronica felt guilty about making Belle sick because deep down she really cares about the other horses and Trouble. You can tell that Veronica really loves Garnet.

You know that Apple Scented Hair Care product Mr. diAngelo bought back from Paris as a souvanier for Vernonica? She used it to make Garnet's coat shiney and some of it leaked into Belle's stall and got on her hay. Then Melanie and Jess stole Veronica's Hair Care product and used it on Trouble to make his coat as shiney as Garnet's. What Veronica didn't know is that her souvanier is poisones to Horses and Mini Donkeys.
