Barely one year of age this was my first trip to the Philippines, little did I know we were in the midst of the unfolding the famous People Power Revolution. In video, my parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary, along with my uncle and aunt, and one of our priest uncles birthday as a triple celebration of sorts in the Philippines (circa 1986, just right before the brink of the revolution)...beautiful times with a beautiful family at a historic moment.

I uploaded this video to show my friends and family rare footage I found laying in our VHS collection to show the new generation born into our family or wanting to join the family warning about our bond, strength and craziness as a family all while still being grounded...even in the midst of a revolution...

25 years later I was able to visit the beautiful family and the beautiful country once again, making the 25th People Power Revolution, exploring my heritage and culture, while also doing good for the country...all of which is a story that's very much going on and maybe a story to be told some other day...
