  • Hi, i'm from catalonia (Spain), in Catalonian language "All i oli" means in english "garlic and oil", so don't have egg on the real All i oli recipe.

    What you has do on the video is Mayonesa or Mahonesa (Mayonnaise in english) with a lot of garlic.

    PD: Mahón (or Maó in catalonian) is a city on the Island of Menorca, this island is on the "Balearic Islands", the origin of Mahonesa is from this little city

  • I agree with NapalmCandy.What you have done is what we call in Spain " a fake mayonnaise".Anyway most of people do alioli yor way, ´couse original recipe takes too much time and work, and taste too strong in mouth. Very good explanations.Thanks for sharing.
