Because there's nothing "to get away with" idiot. If it were a disease, it'd be listed as such. But since it doesn't eat away at the flesh or inhibit people from functioning in every day life, it is therefore not a disease or a disorder.

I've read up on that and the "findings" are sketchy at best. The "scientists" only concluded based on the gender of the gender and the gender of the subject without taking into account key factors.

The first key varient is that they didn't account for the sexual attractiveness of the pictures shown randomly to the subject.

The second is that the youngest age percieved by the subject was 18
