How the hell could he have shoehorned that thing in there, only to clip a wire on departure ? Did he not get out of that aircraft and go, "Gee. This is a little tight", and then either by himself, or with the rest of the crew, formulate a plan on extricating that thing out of there safely. People on the ground are damn lucky parts didn't turn into projectiles or the damage didn't escalate into loss of control in such tight confines.
So much for her job.....could have been so much worse. Had blade separated, that would have been it...for the crew and possibly folks on the ground. And why didn't she immediately shut it down after landing?
Should have taxied backwards first with guidance from non flying pilot operating as ground observer IMHO

That has to be the worst LZ ever. Over-head wires right next to the chopper . . .
Very fortunate the rotor(s) didn't fragment and there was a place to land right there.
