how do u train ur dogs how to like run out side without running away?

Don't do it until you are certain that your dog wont run away. You gotta teach it to *come*, *heal*..etc in command.

Picasso wasn't my dog in the first place. He was my foster dog which means that I rescued him and took care of him until I found him his forever home. He is doing great with his new family now :)
