I tried the sled thing this past weekend, and yes you have to cross the polls. If you don't you can't turn at all. the sled just flips over.

Doesn't the pvc pipes get static in frost ? (or is it not that bad?)

Cross over bars help prevent shifted parallel movement of the sled.

Kevin love the winter camping stuff, but isnt the snowtrekker tents kinda pricey??????? I've been looking into some things but havent found anything I like besides kifaru's paratipi. then on your pulkey, how much weight can you haul in that thing without giving yourself a hernia????? Keep those vids coming Your awesome specially when I cant watch red green.
