  • dude i wish i could just have some kind of surgery that would involve a brain surgeoun sticking a needle in the back of my head and KILLING THAT DAMN AMYGDALA. then i wouldnt have anxiety attacks and panic attacks right?

  • It interesting that anxiety is felt in the solar plexus region.  I get it worse at night. Its not the bogus fear type, I think it means there's things I need to do in life to feel secure in the long term. Some anxietys are trying to tell you to do something.
