I assume in settings you can change the internal screen colour from white? (or theme) How many and what colour options do you have?

well, there are only 2 color options tht u can choose from, you can choose from either silver (white) or black... hopes this helps

One thing I hate about LG phones is that you cannot see videos in fullscreen. How about this one? It's the same thing?

You cant watch or record videos in fullscreen but u can take pictures in full screen/full image modes
