  • i understand an any type of vehicle its risky to drive on snow, but, im wanting to know how well stangs can handle snow, im 16 and in 2 days im getting my first 08' stang gt and im nervous cause im afraid im going to die if i drive on the snow, i dont plan on doing shit in the snow either, just getting from point a to point b, i wont be driving long distants in the snow n i wouldnt in any other vehicle, any tips or helpful advice/

  • @lyrsisttillthedeath1 Umm, there is no such thing as an all-season tire. Unless you have radials on tha back, you'll be fine. Just brake in advance, be easy on tha clutch n dont go faster than 30mph, unless ya on tha highway.

  • Horsing around at it's finest! It's good to know that there are Stang's out there that don't stay couped up in a garage all winter long. Nice vid, man c :

  • @StruggleComplete

I don't know man I have a 2012 with summer only tires and after the first snow I went out and bought a 400 dollar winter beater. Forget that snow crap. Last car I would want to be in with snow on the ground.

  • @lyrsisttillthedeath1 just get some dedicated winter tires

  • pretty good driver

  • @StruggleComplete i drove from Pennsylvanian to Indiana in bald rear summer tires in late December, Sumitomo High HTR Z II work surprisingly well in the snow for a summer tire (while they still have tread left on them), and once they go 3/16 inch of tread left then they die really quick and just get shitty real fast, and my abs module went bad during that time so there no traction control (i hate T/C) and i have to pump my brakes and take it easy on the brake pedal

  • @SotaSamakari I see what you're saying, I'm just glad I have tha option of turnin that shit off.

  • @StruggleComplete To be honest, neither do I. But for most drivers it's the best option because they don't know how to control a car once the traction is lost.

  • @SotaSamakari I never leave tha trac control on, it just messes me up as to how I'm driving

  • @epa316 Haha, you're exactly right, I usually do everything ya just said. Except for tha snow cables.

  • @itscashednigga Huh?
