@apinheiroport Mine's the same. It's got the 97' motor and it also chokes a little after starting when giving gas, then it runs fine after some warm up. I cleaned the carburetors but with no change. New oil and oil filter, enough coolant, good air filter. Perhaps it simply needs to be warm but still, I wonder if it could run better cold if I did something. Is this a common problem with the rf600r?
Your having the same problems as me!!! When the bike is runing idle it runs ok, but if you give it some gas it kind of chokes on it!!!
I would advise a full carbureteur cleaning!!! And do it yourself if you have the service manual, plus in the end or close to the end buy a morgan carbtune pro!!! Easy to use and at just the first use it pays itself here in holland!!!
Mine is a 93' model and runs a little lumpy at tickover, do you think a carb balance would be in order?
