Here in holland you are allowed to grow only outdoort and only without extra light or heating.
maximum of 5 plants, if they are above 210 centimeters you may only have 3.
people growing such a small amount of plants here do it just for a hobby bc weed is verry cheap if you got good contacts.

@ganjafarmer470 why must you lie? i got reported for growing cannabis (you could see them on my balcony). The police came to my door. They found just 4 plants and they let me go after i told them i was not planning to sell it.

In the Netherlands it is legal to grow 5 marihuana plants per household for mere personal use. If every household in the Netherlands would grow 5 marihuana plants at a time, the combined harvest would provide the people of the Netherlands with an amount of hemp-oil enough to heal those among them who suffer from various diseases, among which cancer can be healed as well. So, are growers going to be selling the marihuana, or the hemp-oil? Both are equally lucrative, the latter is full of epicness
