hi good film. im interested in doing a two week film course at lfa and i was wondering to good me some info on the academy as a whole - is it very hands on? do they set and location at the academy? how much shooting time to get? sorry for the question mate...but there so many film school out there its to no which one to choose. Take mate

@jimmyglasses Hi, yes its very hands on we did location shooting, set shooting and a lot of filming in the LFA building too. The shooting was done over 3 days but there are also lessons on how to use a camera and load film etc and rehersals where you get to shoot aswell. Well worth it if your interested! I had a great time there.

I did the 4 week Film Makers Certificate. I absolutely loved it and its well worth it if you are considering doing it. Its a nice brief introduction to the world of film making and getting to actually shoot and create your own short is brilliant!
