    Hi

    You can cook onion till little pinky and should be tender as well. I use the whole pack and it is about 5 cups of rougly chopped spinach and 1 medium size onion.

  • Thanks as always you have the correct answer.I will tell her to cook from your recipes even though she is a good cook.I will post the feedback......The thing is i want to learn to cook as a hobby i can't follow her method of cooking she makes it very complicated but you have a very easy simple approach which i like so much.....
