Dear ChriswFedunLover, first of all cracker barrel has three positions in the back house. They are backup, prep, and grill. If you are working both backup and prep your CB must be not that busy. WTF goes on around there

Our barrel depending on what day it is, will have two prep cooks, but one goes home after the list is done, while the other takes care of the window. And if it's only one prep cook, or NONE depending on the day and how the business is. Someone like me in dish, will get pulled to help finish the list or get what we need that we ran out of.. haha..
