Lol, deadlifts aren't just a "lower-back snap" lift. You guys can't feel them because you don't do them. Deadlifts work your core, your traps, your forearms, your glutes, and your hammies. Deadlifts aren't overrated. They may carry more of a risk if you do them with bad form, but they build a lot of muscle. An overrated exercise is lateral raises. Those shits are pointless ! Front raises are useless too. You can hit the front delts with bench press, military press, or seated shoulder press.

i completely disagree with you on the deadlifts. and decline press is a great alternative instead of the dips. good way to change up your workout

@bustmust they can't do them because they snapped their backs up while lifting heave boxes, which is pretty much the same movement as a deadlift. they dont tell people to do them because there are a lot of people doing them with bad form and having an injured back can hinder you from doing a lot of exercises.

if you look at dorian yates 6 week workout he says that decline bench press dosent do lower chest its a myth,it does take alot of pressure of the shoulder joint whilst lifting heavy so theres less chance of hurting yourself when your lifting big.decline does the who;e chest not just lower chest.but hey thats just dorians opinion,you can go out there and do what ever the fuck you want.

@slashrulesslither If they already have snapped up backs and know how it feels why would they want to seriously risk snapping anything else up? Think about it brah.
