@insanemadnes your therapist is a dumbass then, man i got anger issues thrash metal is the only thing that seems to calm me down when i feel angry. those people use metal music as an excuse for peoples actions because they dont want to admit that maybe they were wrong about what was wrong with a certain person, and metal made him/her do something terrible. society has to start reconizing the positive aspects of metal music and stop focusing on the negative parts of it.
