@jesse825cool dude, nirvana was influenced by the pixes. and everyone knows the band that black francis put on his flyer for bands he wanted to sound like was... none other that hüsker dü. so in a way, nirvana owes their carrer to the hüskers

I like both of them, but Nirvana probably wasn't even assosiated with Husker Du being that they're from two totally different areas and have a slight time difference. Don't fire back with talk about SST, because yes, most bands do in fact relate to bands with SST label backgrounds.

What affects your life more, what Bob and Grant do in their private lives, or the fact that Husker Du's music kicks the shit out of just about any band that came after them? (With the possible exception of Alice in Chains - but even that is very debatable)
Nirvana owes their fucking career to Husker Du.
