well well give it ten miles and he will be pissed of with them pipes, i was way too loud , i had to fit quiet baffles in mine , it gave a bit more torque aswell. any way earpluge are cheap,...... i must be getting old

Sick noise It makes when you lift off the throttle! Did you remove the baffles in the pipes?

I'm getting my 48 in february with the V&H Big Radius 2-2, Fuelpak and the Screamin Heavy Breather and I hope for a sound note like this! :D

took 1 for a test ride today, they are sweet, plenty of torque for the street, trading my jap crap for a 48, sounds sweet with those pipes

I really wanted a 48 but I ended up picking up the Iron instead mostly because I was suprised to see that the 48 sat almost the lowest of all the sporties and i'm about 6"1 so it didn't work to well for me but really really sick bike dude.

btw long runs, like route 66... how does it feel? does it ride nice and relax, or back pains?

So besides exhaust what else did you have done to it for sound and performance and did you take baffles out yourself and before or after everything was done
