Actually, the World Bank doesnt work on those tasks. It's actually another smaller organisation that bases its finding on the the terrorism level, the economy, education and infrastructure. Pakistan passed the last three, In fact surpassed India. The only part Pakistan failed in is the terrorism level which we are trying to dismantle at the moment in Waziristan and so far it is going great. We killed 9 out of 11 Taliban commanders and around 3,000 Taliban fighters losing only 100 of our own.

@freschaa LOL Pakistan's literacy rate is rising by 1.5 percent per year! India's rate is .5! LOL So in a couple of years India is going to be behind Pak. Stupid response? Excuse me?
