Wow, couldnt believe how your biceps stood in in that firts double biceps flex, nice! And you got iompressive size forearms too, sign of strength, can you give us a some examples of excercises you do and weights you use for them?

Sure thing, my friend :-) And thank you! Here are some examples of weights I can. They are some of my highest lifts attempted so far (not my max):
Squats: 245 lbs Front Squats: 140 lbs (I'm new at those)
Leg press: 700 lbs
Bench: 150 lbs
Dumbell Rows:90 lbs (x2)
Curl (prefer to use ez bar): 70 lbs
Standing clean and military press: 110 lbs
Cable tri pressdown: 110 lbs
These are just a small chunk of exercises, but if you have questions on a specific one, please feel free to ask :-)

Holy crap! I guy whos into muscles on girls can get pregnant reading stuf like that... Wow, but being a total gymrat myself, gotta ask: How long have you been weight training and what did you do before that? Cause you got some serious strength, girl:) Respect!

LOL!!! I've been weight training for about 3 1/2 years and bodybuilding consistently for 2 1/2. Before that, I used to be a long-distance runner--I was very skinny, actually. In fact, I would say that I was borderline anorexic. Then, I started to take a weight training class in my school, and from there, I fell in love with Bodybuilding. I guess I discovered something that I truly connect with :-)
