The video "Medieval Combat" Which was removed by a false DMCA filing on November 10, 2007 has been (almost) fully restored! For some reason, YouTube took away about 1,000 views!

Note that no personal information about ANY PERSON is revealed in this video. The address that appears briefly DOES NOT EXIST. I've obscured the phone number, because it MAY have since been assigned to a real person, or may be in the future, even though it was not in service at the time it was used.

The evidence of a conspiracy by the Yahweh Clan to knowingly commit criminal actions in a childish attempt to harass other users of YouTube is irrefutable, as I will show. The source of the email I read was NOT either the the former Yahweh Clan member known as TheSockDetective NOR was it the former member known as Snowvhite. I just want that to be clearly understood.

Oh, FYI Sock, the DMCA text you posted on Troy's video was not entirely an accurate transcrtipt - they must have sent you a preliminary version. I don't know why they led you to think it was faxed, perhaps you have a theory?

Then, of course there is the actual question of ownership of the video in question. To falsely state ownership is not only perjury but wire fraud as well (of some form, there may be a more specific legal definition, but for our purpose, it will do).

I guess it isn't fair to reply to your comment after blocking you, but as I said in my second video, "life isn't fair." The answer would be "it depends." If your hypothetical person registered with youtube as "James Watkins," and that was his legal name, then he could just sign it as in your example, since it is truthful. If he said he lived at an address at which he could never be contacted, though, that would be perjury.
