Part of a poem inspired by this song... “Why?” I ask the stars on high, And the wind answers with a sigh, “Fret not, my child, all shall be well, It was time, stay not in this hell.” I turn away, tears on my cheeks. “I can’t! I can’t do it!” I cried. As my glass heart shattered inside. “My child, you can and must go on,” The voice urged, and then it was gone. I fell to my knees, broken within.

This song should be played when Rick & Kate ("CASTLE") make love for the 1st time...and (we) Castle fans know it's gonna happen - (hopefully soon) ~

For some reason, the most heartwrenching parts of the song are actually the happier-sounding parts. This song truly captures the peace and grace of sadness, as well as the purity of emotion overall. Absolutely gorgeous music, no? ^_^

This is composed by Thao Nguyen. Amazing music, especially for me 'cause I work with these collections everyday (Sonoton and Arcadia), but I rarely get the chance to listen to the music itself.
